The SM-Plus Series remote key pad is easily installed.
It is a great additional option, offering you features without the cost of a more expensive drive with this feature built in. This also allows the drive to be located in a more remote location out of harms way from dirt, debris or impact. It greatly enables all the basic operating features such as: Stop, Run, Forward, Reverse and Mode functions to change frequency (Hz) and many other drive perimeters at just a finger touch away. (Note: Remote keypad is not necessary to operate the SM-Series drive.)

Remote Keypad kit for the SM Inverter Drive includes eight-foot connecting cable and gasket. Mounted in proper enclosure, the keypad kit will provide up to NEMA 4 protection. This keypad can only be used with Sub-Micro drives manufactured May, 1999 or later (date code of 9922 or higher)
