The Bodine model has threaded mounting holes in the face of the gearbox, whereas the Baldor model has unthreaded "flange-style" mounting holes. The user has to compare drawings and decide if the Bodine model can be used. The Baldor model also has mounting holes in the base of the gearbox. If those are being used, then adding Bodine model 0970 mounting bracket will achieve a similar, but not exact, mounting configuration.
